Our dad, Allen Flood, owned and operated a used car business as a wholesale dealer for decades. All three of us, Aaron, Andrew, and Nathan, grew up in that business and learned everything we know from him. He's retired now, but he still likes to stay involved.

Aaron runs the day-to-day operations of a used car dealership (wholesale), which means keeping up with auto body, mechanical, and electrical repairs on every vehicle that comes through. He orders parts every week to keep cars moving off the lot, so he knows firsthand the strain it causes when parts don't show up on time. Andrew runs his own repair shop, fixing cars for everyday customers, and constantly fights that same parts problem, working on the cars he can while others sit on lifts waiting on parts that haven't arrived. Between them, Aaron and Andrew handle engines, transmissions, computer and electrical problems, and everything in between. I'm Nathan, and I own my own IT company. I'm building the technology behind 3B Auto Supply to give shops like ours the service we always wished we had.
